{"id":281,"date":"2018-10-04T11:23:06","date_gmt":"2018-10-04T08:23:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vihjeliin.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/?page_id=281"},"modified":"2018-10-30T12:03:32","modified_gmt":"2018-10-30T10:03:32","slug":"submission-of-complaints","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vihjeliin.targaltinternetis.ee\/en\/submission-of-complaints\/","title":{"rendered":"Submission of complaints"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Every person has the right to file a complaint if the person finds that his\/her rights have been breached upon the provision of the services of Vihjeliin.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A complaint can be submitted using the message form on the website by choosing \u2018other\u2019 as the content.<\/li>\n<li>A complaint must include the complainant\u2019s name, the grounds for the complaint, whether or not they would like to receive feedback, and their contact details.<\/li>\n<li>A complaint that does not include the complainant\u2019s contact details will not be handled.<\/li>\n<li>A response to a complaint will be sent on behalf of the Vihjeliin team.<\/li>\n<li>A response to a complaint will be sent as soon as possible, but not later than within 10 business days.<\/li>\n<li>If the complainant is not satisfied with the response given on behalf of the Vihjeliin team, the complainant has the right to contact the Estonian Union for Child Welfare by e-mailing their complaint to <a href=\"mailto:liit@lastekaitseliit.ee\">liit@lastekaitseliit.ee<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In this case, the complaint will be handled by the management board of the Estonian Union for Child Welfare and the project manager of Vihjeliin.<\/li>\n<li>Every person has the right to contact an independent supervisory authority, i.e. the Data Protection Inspectorate or the court, with his\/her complaint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every person has the right to file a complaint if the person finds that his\/her rights have been breached upon the provision of the services&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-281","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
